friendly staff good breakfast disappointing choice long patience
The staff was very friendly. I found the location to be great for exploring. Breakfast was good and offered nice service. The employee was very service minded and always made sure I didn't lack anything.
Check in was ok, I think training was in progress. I booked a Junior Suite and was upgraded to an Executive Suite. Toaster requires a lot of patience.

spacious room helpful staff unlimited water
The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciate the bathroom design. It reminded me of a traditional hamam. The staff was helpful with all my needs. I also enjoyed the unlimited bottled water, a great offer.
Check-in was a little slow.

The hotel has a nice pool for relaxation. There is also an very nice spa section, it offers good massages. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes to maintain your routine.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room was cleaned daily. I see that pillow cases are changed every day, this ensured a fresh and comfortable stay.
